Time runs out to visit unspoilt South Atlantic island before airport
For travellers seeking the few remaining unspoilt parts of the world then the distant South Atlantic island of St Helena is a must. The time to plan a trip is now as all will change over the next five years as work starts on the airport.

St Helena's only access has been via the working cargo and passenger ship - RMS St Helena - offering voyages a world away from the big cruise ships. She sails from South Africa or the UK, encompassing the South West African coastline and ports en route. With a mere 128 passengers on board the cruise is very much part of this unique experience. St Helena is a peaceful destination, full of history and wildlife, yet with an opportunity for many sports and outdoor activities all enjoyed in a year-round temperate climate.
Voyages are organised by Andrew Weir Shipping (AWS) on 020 7575 6480
Visit AWS at the World Travel Market, in the African Hall, on the African Travel & Tourism Association stand number AF2800 during 14-17 November 2005.
